What the notebook keeps.

A required session cookie holds the batch rows, temperatures entered for those batches, form token and delivery details. It is host-only, Secure on HTTPS, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax. A separate session choice remembers a closed welcome note.

The required batch plan also keeps the opening-day offsets you enter and your arrival-handling choice. Day offsets describe your own intended sequence and do not specify dispatch, delivery or harvest dates.

The room-match tool can optionally save one temperature in browser storage. No optional storage is read or written before you grant permission. Withdrawing removes that value, and every new write checks the current permission even if another tab changed it.

Recording an order saves the reviewed batch list, total and recipient privately. Card controls have no submitted field names and are not included in that record. Growing-news permission records an email and affirmative choice separately.
